Q: Why should I book using this website?
A: By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

Q: Why is the accommodation in Canberra so expensive?
A: Because it is a Capital City like Sydney and Melbourne. However, there is plenty of cheaper accommodation in Queanbeyan, because it is an adjoining old town in NSW which was built before Canberra.

Q: Is there anyone I can talk to if I need more information?
A: Yes, simply phone 02-6297-1288 and speak directly to us at any time between 8am and 8pm.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time is 2pm and check out is 10am.

Q: What are your office hours?
A:  Office hours are 8am to 8pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 6pm Sat & Sun.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, but you must make arrangements with management.  In general we do not do, very late night check-in's, unless the guest has stayed with us before.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. If you are forced to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, please feel free to ring us and we will try and resolve the issue at minimal cost to yourself.

Q: Do you have on-site management?
A: Yes, there is 24 hour on-site management.  We take security very seriously and have various measures in place, including all guests and visitors are required to identify themselves and a 10pm curfew on noise.

Q: Do you have on-site parking?
A: Yes, there is plenty of free on-site parking including room for trailers and long wheel base vehicles.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Canberra Avenue Villas are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a discounted weekly rate for longer stays?
A: Yes, but only for persons working in Canberra and who reside elsewhere.  These are subject to availability and only available through the office.
